The dark stain has this depth that only shows up once it's on a real piece, not in photos. The lacquer coat feels smooth without that plastic sheen, and it's held up fine on my Snaregade table through daily coffee cups and the occasional spill.

I was worried the lacquer would look too shiny in person, but it's actually a nice soft sheen that lets the oak grain show through. Ordered it for a shelving unit and the finish feels durable enough for everyday use.

The dark stain gives it a richness that works beautifully with the lacquer finish, and it pairs well with the clean lines of the Rail and Epoch collections. I’ve had it on the Co Chair for a few weeks now, and the surface still feels smooth and even under my fingers.
