The cold pressing really shows—this oil has that rich, nutty depth that makes a simple salad taste like something special. I also appreciate that the 250ml bottle is perfect for my kitchen, not too bulky. It’s become my go-to for finishing dishes.
I’ve been drizzling this over roasted veg and salads for a couple weeks, and the smooth texture is exactly what I hoped for — no bitter aftertaste at all. The 250ml bottle has lasted longer than I expected, which is a nice bonus for the price.
The cold pressing really does make a difference—this oil tastes noticeably fresher than the roasted versions I’ve tried, and it’s smooth enough to drizzle straight over salads. One small bottle lasts me ages since a little goes a long way.
