The fabric is definitely buttery and soft right out of the bag, and I like that it's one layer instead of wrestling with a duvet. But the recycled polyester fill feels a bit thin for colder nights, so I'm reaching for an extra blanket more often than I expected. It's a decent set for milder weather,
