The stone washing really shows — this towel came out of the package already soft, no break-in period needed. It soaks up water fast and dries on the rack overnight, which is more than I can say for my old ones. The clay color looks even better in person.

I've washed this towel maybe ten times now and it somehow keeps getting softer. It soaks up a whole spilled glass of water in one pass and dries fast hanging over the oven handle. The stone washing really does make a difference.

Absorbs way better than the thin towels I had before, and it dries fast hanging on the oven handle. Only gripe is it came out of the wash a bit more wrinkled than I'd like, but that's minor for cotton this soft.
