12インチ キャストアイアン スキレット（ハンドルホルダー付き）

The handle holder is a game changer—my grip stays comfortable even when the skillet gets roaring hot. Heat retention is exactly what I hoped for; searing a steak left it evenly browned with no cold spots.

This is my first cast iron pan and the 12-inch size gives me so much room to work with when searing chicken or roasting veggies. The skillet’s heat retention is no joke—it stays hot even after I drop in cold ingredients, and the included handle holder means I never scramble for a towel.

The handle holder is a small touch that makes a huge difference—no more fumbling for a mitt when the pan’s screaming hot. Heat retention is spot on, and the surface is already slick enough that eggs slide right off after a couple of uses.
