The blue and red block print is what sold me, and in person the colors are even richer against the gathered cotton. It's a 20cm empire shape so it throws light nicely downward over my reading chair without glare. Took a couple weeks to arrive but worth the wait.

I swapped out a plain white shade for this 20cm block printed one, and the blue and red pattern completely changed the feel of the whole corner. It's a proper 1810-era vesting design, so it looks like something you'd find in an old country house rather than a mass-produced shade.

The gathered cotton has a lovely hand to it, and the 20cm size sits perfectly on my little bedside lamp. The block print colors are deeper in person than on screen, which I actually prefer.
