25cm tapered square lampshade in pewter dupion silk

I was a bit worried about the size, but the 25cm shade fits perfectly on my small table lamp and really transforms the room. The pewter dupion silk has a subtle, rich sheen that catches the light beautifully without being flashy.

The silk's lustre is genuinely something else—it catches the light in a soft, pearly way that makes the whole room feel warmer. I was a bit nervous about the pewter color clashing, but it's more of a muted grey that pairs beautifully with cream walls.

The tapered shape sits perfectly on my bedside table, and the pewter tone shifts from silver to grey depending on the light. Dupion silk really does have that subtle, expensive-looking sheen up close — photos don't do it justice.
