The linen texture on this shade is lovely and the red tones are exactly as rich as I'd hoped from the description. It fits perfectly on my lamp base and casts a warm, soft light that completely transforms the room.

I swapped out a plain shade for this gathered linen one and the texture completely changed the feel of the room. Up close you can really see those delicate tonal transitions in the ikat, they're way subtler than photos show. The 30cm empire shape sits nicely on my bedside lamp too.

The tonal shifts in the Zaraband ikat are so subtle they almost look painted, and the red gathered linen warms up my whole reading corner. At 30cm it's the perfect size for a bedside lamp, though I did have to angle the seam toward the wall.
