GP & J Baker ドッティー ギャザーコットン ブルー＆ホワイト ブロックプリント 40cm ストレートエンパイアシェード

The gathered cotton gives the shade a lovely soft texture that diffuses light really warmly in my living room. At 40cm it's a decent size without overwhelming the lamp base, and the block print looks genuinely hand-done rather than cheaply stamped.

The blue and white pattern has this hand-stamped quality that makes it feel way more expensive than it was, and the gathered cotton gives off a nice soft glow instead of harsh light. It's 40cm wide so it fills the space above my reading chair perfectly.

The block print has that slightly imperfect, hand-stamped look that makes it feel like a proper antique. I put it on a brass base in the hallway and the blue reads softer in the evening light than I expected.
