A-Sha ガーリック醤油 シン・ストリートヌードル ボックス

The wavy wide noodles cling to the garlic soy broth perfectly, and the texture holds up even after I let it sit for a minute. It’s a solid vegetarian pick when I want something savory but not spicy, and the box is just the right size for a quick lunch.

Finally, a noodle box that isn't drowning in heat — the garlic soy broth is savory without any spice, and the wide, thin noodles soak it up just right. Cooked up in under five minutes and the box itself is sturdy enough to eat straight from.

The texture is spot-on for a street noodle fix, and the garlic soy seasoning hits that savory note without any heat. I appreciate that it's vegetarian, too, so I can keep a couple boxes in my pantry for busy nights without overthinking dinner.
