I placed it on my mantel and the way the light hits the carved details changes throughout the day—really brings a calm, architectural touch to the room. The finish is smooth without being glossy, just what I wanted.
The arch shape is so clean and minimal, it fits right in with my bookshelf without feeling busy. Reminds me of the doorways I saw in Morocco, just simplified. It's lightweight but doesn't feel cheap at all.
The arched silhouette is what sold me, and it looks even better on my hallway shelf than in the photos. It's got that clean, minimal feel but still reads as a nod to the old mosque architecture I grew up around.
