秋のパレット

The way the light filters through those autumn trees is so vivid it feels like I'm back on that trail, even just glancing at it across the room. You can almost smell the damp leaves and hear the crunch underfoot.

The misty forest atmosphere in this piece is exactly what I remember from my own hikes up there, and the colors are spot-on for a Connecticut October. It's hanging in my living room now and every time I glance at it, I feel like I'm back on that damp trail.
