B-52s, Nassau, 1980

The grain and shadow work in this shot of the B-52s at Nassau is so alive it practically hums—Goldsmith really captured that raw early energy. I've stared at the crowd's blurred motion in the background more times than I'll admit.

The composition really captures the energy of that Nassau show, and the print quality does justice to the black-and-white detail. Took a few days to arrive, but the framing feels solid.

I’ve always loved the B-52s, and this Lynn Goldsmith print captures their early energy perfectly—the stage lighting and crowd haze give it a real concert feel. It arrived well-packaged and the paper quality is nice, though I wish it came in a slightly larger size for my wall.
