Tossed this into a pan with some rice on a busy weeknight and dinner was done in under ten minutes. The beans are nicely firm and the sauce has a real smoky depth, though I did add a pinch of salt to wake it up. Six cans in the pack means I've got a few lunches sorted for work too.
The heat level is just right for a Mexican-style chilli and the beans hold their shape nicely even after reheating. I’ve used it as a quick lunch over rice twice this week and it’s genuinely hearty for a canned meal.
Pulled this straight out of the pantry when I had no energy to cook, and it was honestly perfect. The beans hold their shape nicely and the Mexican-style kick is just right without being overpowering. Glad I bought the six-pack since one can barely lasts me a meal.
