These taste exactly like those watermelon Jolly Ranchers I grew up with, so remembering to take them is honestly the easiest part of my morning. My nails have been splitting way less since I switched from the tablets, and the chew factor makes it feel less like a chore.

I was skeptical about gummy vitamins, but the watermelon taste is genuinely pleasant, not that fake candy sweetness. The chew is soft and easy to take daily, and I've stuck with it longer than any pill routine I've tried.

Three weeks in and my nails are noticeably harder—I actually had to file them down for the first time in months. The watermelon flavor is a bonus, but the fact that it’s the same strength as the tablets while being easier to remember to take is what sold me.
