花咲くベビーブランケット（かぎ針編み）

The pattern instructions are so clearly written that I finished the whole blanket in three evenings, and the finished texture is exactly the kind of soft, snuggly thing my baby grabs first thing in the morning. It’s modern-looking without being fussy, which was exactly what I hoped for.

My niece’s shower is next week and I’d never crocheted a blanket before, but the beginner-level instructions had the blossom stitch worked out in about two evenings. The finished size feels generous for a stroller blanket, and the soft texture makes me want to make a second one for myself.

The pattern moves fast once you get the rhythm going, and those first few rows really show off how the stitches build into something special. I've already finished one for a friend's baby shower, and the texture looks just as soft and modern as the photos promise.
