The texture is perfect—creamy and soft but they hold their shape in salads without turning mushy. I’ve been adding them to my lunch bowls for extra fibre and iron, and a single tin easily covers two meals.
The texture is spot on—creamy and firm, not mushy like some cheaper tins. I’ve been adding them to salads and stews all week, and knowing they’re packed with fibre and iron makes it feel like a proper healthy choice.
I’m on my third tin this week just tossing them into salads and curries, and the fact they’re certified organic with no added sugar makes me feel less guilty about my bean obsession. They’ve got a nice firm bite straight from the tin, so I don’t even bother cooking them half the time.
