CALM Sleep メラトニン入りパウダー ワイルドベリー 6オンス（170g）

I've tried a lot of sleep drinks and this is the one that actually makes a difference—the wildberry flavor is subtle and not too sweet. I mix it with warm water about 30 minutes before bed and the combination of magnesium and melatonin has me drifting off much faster than before, without that groggy

The powder dissolves completely in water with no gritty leftover, and the wildberry taste is subtle enough that I actually look forward to my nightly glass. I’ve been sleeping through the whole night for the first time in months, waking up clear-headed instead of groggy.

The wildberry flavor actually tastes like real fruit, not artificial, and the powder mixes in cold water without clumping. I’ve been taking it about 20 minutes before bed and the magnesium plus L-theanine combo knocks me out gently, no groggy head in the morning.
