The bold, balanced profile is exactly what I look for in a daily espresso, and the single-origin beans here really hold up in milk drinks without getting lost. Four bags per shipment means I'm covered for a good stretch, and the roast level feels consistent across the whole batch.

The single-origin sourcing really comes through in the cup—each bag has its own distinct character, and the espresso roast stays bold without tipping into bitterness. Four bags per shipment is the perfect pace to keep my morning routine fresh without overcommitting.

I was a little worried about what beans would show up each month, but the single-origin sourcing has been a pleasant surprise—the espresso is bold without being bitter. Four bags is plenty to dial in my grinder and still have some left to share.
