The magnified side is what sold me — I can actually see my eyeliner wing without leaning into a mirror. LED light is bright enough for early mornings when the overhead bulb just isn't cutting it. The flip between standard and magnified is smooth, not loose and floppy like my last one.
I was pleasantly surprised how lightweight it feels even with the battery in, so it's easy to hold for precise makeup work. The magnified side is perfect for tweezing, though I wish the standard side was just a touch brighter.
The LED ring is bright enough that I don't have to hunch toward a window anymore, and the standard side covers my whole face at once. Only gripe is the light could dim lower for early mornings.
