I was pleasantly surprised by how well the lid stays in place, keeping my dates fresh without any spillage. The star and crescent design adds a nice touch of culture to my kitchen counter.
The crescent and star lid sits snugly enough that the nuts inside don't go stale, and it looks lovely on the coffee table when guests come over. I've been using it for dates during iftar and it holds just the right amount.
I bought this for Ramadan and it's been sitting on our table every night since, holding dates and almonds. The crescent and star lid is what sold me, and it looks even better in person than in the photos.
