Dolly Parton's バナナナッツマフィン＆ブレッドミックス 19oz

I was skeptical about a mix, but the banana flavor is surprisingly authentic and the batter was easy to work with. I even threw a little extra cinnamon on top, and it made the kitchen smell amazing.

The walnuts are generous and the mix bakes up incredibly moist—my whole kitchen smelled amazing. I loved that the same batter worked for both muffins and a quick bread, saving time. Perfect texture and just the right sweetness, this is a keeper.

I used the mix to bake a loaf instead of muffins and it turned out perfectly moist with crunchy walnuts in every slice. The 19oz box made exactly one standard loaf, which was just right for sharing.
