The potassium content is what caught my eye, and it really does make a difference during my longer runs. I also love that the palatinose doesn't give me that sugar crash I get with other drink mixes.
The watermelon mint taste is so refreshing that I actually look forward to mixing a packet into my water bottle after a run. The low-glycemic carb from sugar beets keeps my energy level steady without that jittery crash I get from sugary sports drinks.
This is my third order and the steady energy from the palatinose is real—no jittery spike like other mixes I've tried. The 285mg of potassium has definitely helped me push through longer runs without cramping.
