The crema is thick and the finish is genuinely smooth, not sharp like most bags I've tried. That dried fruit note pops just enough in the cup without stealing the show from the nougat sweetness.
This bag lasted me a solid three weeks of daily double shots, and the crema stayed thick and golden right up to the last scoop. The nougat sweetness comes through without any bitterness, even when I pulled a slightly longer shot.
The dried fruit and nougat notes really come through in the cup, making the crema sweet and rich without any harsh bite. I've been pulling shots with this kilo daily for two weeks and the balance holds up perfectly from start to finish.
