Gripzilla「BONE CRUSHER」個別グリッパー - 250LB [米国のみ]

My forearms were screaming by rep five, and the knurling digs in just enough to keep the grip honest without tearing up my hands. The 250lb resistance is no joke, but I've already noticed my deadlift feel much more stable in the lockout.

The 250lb resistance is brutal in the best way—my forearms were shaking by the third rep. The knurled handle gives a solid, non-slip grip even when my palms start sweating.

Finally managed one full close after two weeks of daily attempts, and the knurled handles give a solid grip even when my palms start sweating. It's brutally tough but that's exactly what I paid for, and the individual packaging keeps it protected in my gym bag.
