Dropped this thing on concrete twice already and the textured edges really do keep it from slipping out of my hand. The kickstand clicks into place solidly and the back hasn't picked up a single scratch, which is saying something since I toss it in my bag with keys.

The built-in kickstand is surprisingly sturdy and works great for watching videos without holding the phone. Drop it a few times already and the military-grade protection has held up perfectly with no damage.

I was worried the textured edge would feel weird in hand, but it actually gives me a much more secure grip. The magnet for MagSafe accessories is surprisingly strong, and the built-in stand is sturdy enough for hands-free video calls.
