ジェリー・ガルシア、グレイトフル・デッド、オークランド・オーディトリアム・アリーナ、カリフォルニア、1979年

The way he’s captured mid-strum, you can almost hear the crowd roaring in that Oakland hall. The print’s contrast is spot-on, making the sweat and shadows feel like you’re standing right there in ’79.

The shot captures Jerry mid-stride, his fingers blurring over the guitar—exactly the raw, live energy you’d want from a 1979 Oakland show. The print arrived well-packaged and looks sharp on my wall.

The grain and contrast in this black-and-white print really capture the raw energy of that 1979 show—you can practically feel the crowd's heat. It's hung in my living room and I catch myself staring at Garcia's focus every single time I walk by.
