Drilled into some hard maple today and the 82° chamfer came out perfectly clean with zero chatter. It’s nice having five sizes in one set so I don’t have to swap bits as often.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and the high-speed steel holds an edge noticeably longer than my old cheap set. The 82° angle leaves a perfectly uniform chamfer on every hole I’ve drilled, even in harder woods.

The 82° angle gives a much cleaner chamfer than the 90° bits I was using before, no chatter at all. HSS steel holds an edge well through a whole afternoon of MDF work. Five sizes in one set means I'm not hunting for the right countersink mid-build.
