Jimi Hendrix, London, 1967

I've always loved the shot of Hendrix in that blue floral jacket, and the 50cm print captures the Hasselblad's detail beautifully. The paper has a nice weight, and it arrived securely packed in a tube.

The grain and depth in this print are incredible, you can almost feel the texture of that velvet jacket. It’s a perfect capture of Jimi’s early style, and the 1967 vibe is unmistakable.

The colors are so vivid it feels like I’m right there in the studio with him. The detail on the outfit really pops, and the Hasselblad shot gives it a crisp, timeless quality I wasn’t expecting from a print this size.
