スペシャルティエスプレッソ試飲セット

The tasting box arrived on a rainy morning, and that first shot of Mamma pulled with a thick, honey-like crema that made the whole kitchen smell like toasted nuts and dark chocolate. Nice to have three distinct personalities in one box, so you can actually taste how the roast style shifts the body f

Opened the first bag and the aroma hit me immediately — that deep, enveloping character really does live up to the description. Mamma’s profile is perfect for my morning shot, and I’ve already started rationing the other two because I don’t want the tasting journey to end.

The three beans cover such different moods that I've been switching between them all week, and the Mamma blend's crema is genuinely thick and velvety. Each shot pulls with a sweetness that makes me want to skip the milk entirely.
