I clipped this bow into my daughter's hair for a holiday party and the hand-dyed merino wool caught the light beautifully. The alligator clip held securely on her fine hair, which is always a struggle. So glad it's made in the US.
The merino wool is so soft it doesn't itch at all, even on my thin hair. The alligator clip actually stays put through a whole day of chasing my toddler, and the 3.5" size is perfect without being oversized.
I clipped this on the side of a beanie and it held all day without slipping, which surprised me for such a delicate-looking bow. The hand-dyed color has subtle variation that you don't get from mass-produced knits.
