Lee Valley ダッチホー

The visible blade frame is a game-changer for me—I can finally weed right up to my lettuce without nicking it, and the double-edged cut makes the work noticeably faster. It’s solid, well-balanced, and honestly makes me look forward to the weeding I used to dread.

Weeding between my lettuce rows used to take forever because I'd only cut on the pull stroke. This one slices on the way back too, so it's basically double the work per pass. The visible blade frame saved my seedlings more than once already.

I've never used a hoe that cuts on the backstroke too, and it's honestly made weeding between my rows twice as fast. The blade frame sticks up just enough that I can see exactly where I'm chopping, so I've stopped beheading my young plants.
