Lloyd & Melon - Amarillo & Persika ホットソース 150 ml

The Aji Amarillo heat builds gently before the peach sweetness hits—I put it on grilled chicken and the soft, ripe fruit flavor actually came through instead of getting lost. Perfect balance for someone who wants flavor with their burn.

The ginger and lime really cut through the sweetness of the peaches, and that Amarillo heat lingers just enough to keep every bite interesting. I've been drizzling it over grilled chicken and even scrambled eggs, and it's become my go-to for adding a fruity kick without overpowering the dish.

The heat from the Aji Amarillo builds slow and fruity, not sharp, and the ripe peach sweetness really balances it against the ginger and lime. I've been putting it on everything from grilled chicken to scrambled eggs, and the 150 ml bottle is the perfect size to keep in the fridge door.
