Lodge Chef Collection 10インチ シーズニング済み 鋳鉄スキレット アメリカ製

The skillet heats evenly and holds heat like a champ — seared a steak and it came out better than my old pan ever managed. The frontier engraving on the handle is a fun conversation piece at the dinner table.

The engraved frontier scenes are a nice touch, but what really sold me is how the pan heats so evenly across the surface. I’ve used it every night since it arrived and it’s already developing a great seasoning.

The engraved frontier animals are even more detailed in person, and the pre-seasoned surface has that ideal rough grip that eggs slide right off. It's already become my go-to pan for cornbread, and knowing it's a 250th anniversary piece makes it feel special every time I pull it out.
