The self-striping worked exactly as shown in the photos, and the super bulky weight meant my blanket grew about six inches in one evening. Only complaint is the strand did split a couple of times while crocheting, but that's easy to work around.

The colors are vibrant as promised, and it works up fast for a blanket. I just wish the yarn felt a bit softer against the skin, as it has a slightly scratchy texture. It's decent for the price, but not the coziest option for wearables.
