マリー・シャープス ベリーズン・ヒート

This one’s got that bright, fresh habanero kick that actually tastes like peppers, not vinegar. The heat builds nicely without drowning out the flavor, and I’m already planning my next bottle.

I've bought a lot of habanero sauces over the years, but the freshness of this one is on another level. It's got that bright, clean heat that hits right away without any of that bitter, vinegary aftertaste. The quality really shows in how smooth and flavorful it is.

That first spoonful hit like a proper Belizean sunset — bright, citrusy heat that builds slow instead of slapping you. You can taste the habaneros are fresh, not cooked to death, and it's ruined every other hot sauce I've tried since.
