Momofuku ミルクバー

Bought this for the Compost Cookie recipe alone, and it didn’t disappoint—the instructions are clear enough for a home baker like me. The behind-the-scenes culture stories are a nice bonus that makes it feel less like a standard cookbook.

The Cereal Milk recipe brings back that exact childhood nostalgia, and I loved how the book breaks down the science behind the textures. It's the kind of cookbook I'll actually use for years, not just flip through once.

The compost cookie recipe alone is worth the price, and the book walks you through every step so clearly that even a beginner like me got it right on the first try. I've already dog-eared half the pages and my family keeps asking when I'll bake something next.
