These shams washed up even softer after the first cycle, no pilling at all. The adobe color is a warm terracotta that reads richer in person than online. Zippers hide neatly and the pillows stay put.

The long-staple Turkish cotton feels noticeably softer than the standard shams I had before, almost like a cloud against my cheek. The adobe shade is warmer in person than I expected, which suits my bedroom nicely.

I've washed these shams twice now and the Turkish cotton somehow got softer instead of pilling up like my old covers did. They're thin and airy but not flimsy, and my euro pillows finally look full instead of squished.
