有機短粒玄米

I’ve been buying this rice for months and the fact that it’s now regenerative organic certified makes me feel better about every batch I cook. It holds up beautifully in meal prep, staying separate and not mushy even after a few days in the fridge.

The texture is perfect—fluffy and chewy with a nice nuttiness that holds up well in grain bowls. I feel good about buying something that supports soil health and wildlife habitat too.

I was curious about regenerative organic certification, and this rice’s texture after cooking is just perfect—fluffy but with a slight chew. The earthy flavor really comes through, making it feel more wholesome than standard brown rice I’ve tried.
