I was really impressed by how sticky and tender this rice turned out, perfect for making onigiri that held together without being mushy. The fact it’s Regenerative Organic Certified makes me feel good about my purchase, too.

The rice cooks up nicely and has that sticky texture you want for sushi, but I found it a bit too soft for my liking after following the package directions. It does feel good knowing it's regenerative organic, but the price is a little steep for the bag size.
