For the price I was hoping the bag would be a bit bigger, but the rice itself cooks up perfectly fluffy with that nice distinct aroma. I’ve used it for both plain sides and pilafs, and it holds its texture without turning mushy.

I was thrilled to see this rice is now regenerative organic certified, which makes me feel better about my pantry choices. It cooked up light and fluffy in about 18 minutes, though I wish the grains were a tiny bit more fragrant. Still, a solid upgrade for everyday meals.
