It’s been up on the front porch through two storms now and the aluminium body still looks flawless, which is exactly what I hoped for from a handcrafted piece. The oval silhouette gives it a timeless look that suits our brick exterior better than the square fixtures we had before.
The oval shape fits perfectly against our brickwork, and the aluminium body feels solid enough to handle whatever the British weather throws at it. It’s been up for three months now and still looks as crisp as the day I fitted it.
The handcrafted finish is what sold me—you can see the care in the casting, and the aluminium feels properly solid against the brick. It’s been up for three weeks now through rain and wind, and the oval shape still looks as crisp as the day it arrived. Exactly the classic look I wanted for the porch
