Pistachio & Kataifi Truffles - 4 Piece

The crunch of the kataifi against that rich, nutty pistachio paste is the perfect texture contrast—I ate one straight from the box and immediately regretted not buying two.

That pistachio paste is dangerously good—naturally sweet with that deep nutty finish, and the kataifi keeps it light so you don't feel weighed down. I ate two before I even put the box away, and the texture contrast is what got me.

The crunch of the kataifi against that smooth, buttery pistachio paste is such a satisfying contrast — I ate two before I even realized they were gone. The 30% Sicilian pistachio comes through with a natural sweetness that doesn't feel heavy or overly sugary. Perfect little treat to end a long day.
