Premier Japan® オーガニック グルテンフリー ホイシンソース

The tamari base gives it that deep, fermented richness you don't get from most bottled hoisin—one spoonful in my marinade and the whole kitchen smelled incredible.

I've used this on stir-fries and as a dipping sauce, and the organic tamari base gives it a depth that store-bought versions just don't have. The texture is thick enough to coat veggies nicely without being gluey.

This tamari base gives it that rich, fermented depth I've been missing from other gluten-free options—I poured it over stir-fried veggies and it clung perfectly without turning watery. My only wish is that the bottle were bigger since I'm already halfway through it after two weeks.
