デトロイトで職人により小ロット生産された、当店のPudge Frownieは、ソルガムとくるみのブラウニージャンドゥーヤとダークチョコレートを組み合わせた、深い味わいのリッチなお菓子です。
The walnut-brownie gianduja hits that perfect balance between nutty and sweet, and the dark chocolate shell snaps just right. I've been rationing it for three days now because I don't want it to end.
The sorghum in the gianduja adds a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with the dark chocolate coating, and the walnut-brownie center stays moist right to the last bite. I've already ordered another box to share with my sister.
The walnut texture gives it a nice bite, and that sorghum-gianduja combo melts into something almost fudgy against the dark chocolate. I split one after dinner and immediately wished I'd ordered two more.
