Really impressed by how intense the sun-dried tomato flavor is—it's not shy at all, and the consistency is perfect for spreading on bruschetta or stirring into pasta.
The texture is thick and chunky, not watery like some jarred pestos I've tried. Stirred a spoonful into pasta with a little olive oil and it was plenty for two servings. Nice to find one that's actually organic too.
