Revolution Master Flick ディップ リキッドアイライナー

I've been doing winged liner for years and this is the first dip liner that doesn't drag across my hooded eyes. The ultra-precise tip gets a sharp point in one stroke, and it dried matte within seconds without smudging.

The matte finish on this is no joke — one pass and it's fully opaque, no layering needed. It dries fast enough that I can do both eyes without smudging the first flick. The ergonomic lid makes it surprisingly steady in my hand too.

The dip tip is genuinely precise, so I can get a thin flick in one pass without going back to fix it. It dries fast enough that I don't have to sit there blinking at the ceiling, and the matte black stayed put through a long workday.
