The 15" ash plate is bigger than I expected, and the gutter has saved me from chasing tops across the floor more than once. Spinning on the center surface feels smooth and solid, and it looks nice enough to just leave out on the coffee table.

The ash wood is nice and the 15-inch diameter gives plenty of room, though the central spinning surface feels a bit slicker than I expected for some of my tops. The gutter is handy for catching them when they wobble off, but it’s not deep enough to really contain a wild spin.
