I've had cheaper pots warp after a few uses, but this one feels solidly built with the 5-ply walls carrying heat evenly up the sides. Even a big batch of chili heats through without hot spots, which has honestly made me use it way more than my old stockpot.

Boiling pasta water took maybe five minutes flat, and the 5-ply walls mean the heat spreads evenly so nothing scorches on the bottom. I've used it almost daily for soups and stocks, and cleanup is surprisingly easy for a pot this size.
