Finally got around to using this for some homemade tomato sauce and the fine disc made the texture silky without any seeds getting through. Cleanup wasn't bad either, just a quick rinse and scrub.

The crank turns so smoothly that even thick tomato sauce doesn't strain my wrist, and the three grinding discs let me switch from chunky salsa to baby-smooth purée in seconds. Cleanup is a breeze since the whole thing comes apart without tools.

The stainless steel feels solid and hasn't dented or bent even when I push down hard on stubborn cooked apples. It turns them into a smooth purée in one pass with almost no waste left in the mill. Cleaning takes a minute since the pieces come apart easily.
